Lib Dem concern on local by-election leaflet

It appears a leaflet has gone out last minute ahead of the Longbeck By election tomorrow making various claims.  The Marske Community Partnership (MCP) are not a political group and have never endorsed candidates in any election, especially non members, and the Lib Dem group feel it is not appropriate to intimate a connection or support for a group you are not a member of and you have not gained permission from.  This leaflet also seems to suggest that a vote for this candidate would keep green fields green, to our knowledge they have never submitted a letter of objection, spoken at an appeal, or attended any of the protests with regard to any of the large developments surrounding Marske.  It is unfair for any candidate to claim credit for the work of others and to try and get elected on that basis!
