Cllr Jemma Joy
Jemma grew up in Marske, and lived in Skinningrove and Redcar before settling in Hutton Ward, Guisborough in 2000.
She works full time as an accounts manager at a large Biotech company travelling to hospitals around the Yorkshire region. She is a mum to two teenage girls. She is involved in Guisborough community groups, setting up Guisborough Eco Group which runs events focused on enriching the town in a sustainable way. She’s a Green Lib Dem (unsurprisingly) and also sits on the Lib Dem Committee for Seekers of Sanctuary.
On Redcar and Cleveland council Jemma is now Chair of the Scrutiny Committee for Climate, Environment and Culture as well as a Parliamentary Spokesperson for Middlesbrough South and East Cleveland.

Cllr Graham Jeffery
Graham has been a Councillor for Hutton ward since 1999, and is incredibly committed to ensuring residents always recieve a positive outcome with issues.
Graham lives in Guisborough with his wife, and is incredibly passionate about the environment, something he works closely with Cllr Jemma Joy on in council matters.
On the Borough Council, Graham is involved with the Adults & Health improvements committe.
